The hotel is nice, and has everything I need, free parking, an indoor swimming pool, and a cozy bar area. I remember the staff's help with my wake-up call during my first stay. I highly recommend this gem! I'll be back for Xmas.

Pleasant stay, as always. Clean place accompanied by attentive staff. Perfect location with parking on-site. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Seed. Lots of options, delicious food.
Wi-Fi was rather slow.

We were made very welcome and all the staff were attentive. We especially liked the way we were able to entertain friends and family at the hotel to diner and for morning coffee. Thank you for making this possible.

An excellent location in a lovely setting, the room was very nice but the bathroom could be larger. All of the staff and owners were friendly and helpful.
The TV could be wall mounted as it was difficult to view when in bed.

Lovely setting and garden. Very peaceful. Bedroom comfortable. Staff polite and helpful. Nice to have fresh milk for tea/coffee. Molton Brown products in bathroom.
We were amazed that there only appeared to be one member of staff outside the kitchen. He was very helpful and did very well managing the reception, bar and waiting at table - but this was not quite what we expected at a hotel of this price and type. Not sure how he would have managed with more people staying. Room rather stuffy and claustrophobic. Hot water unreliable in basin (fine in shower). Website says all rooms have bathrooms, ours had a shower room.

The hot tub, swimming pool and gourmet restaurant were very good. Staff were helpful and the setting was good.
The rooms were dark and not easily accessible - we needed to change our room from one that was in an annexe some distance from the main house because we could hear the family next door. The staff helpfully changed our room to one that was a distance from the reception area, near the pool and we were satisfied with this as it was much quieter.

Boscundle manor was wonderful! Our room 'dorothy' was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We loved the new decking area and enjoyed delicious food at dinner. The heated pool was an added bonus, and the grounds were peaceful. The warm.
100% recommend

Location for access to other locations was good, it was tucked into its own grounds which gave a very peacefull location. Staff were exellent and very helpfull. Breakfast was first class. Shame I was not allowed to drive the DB9 that was parked up.

We were attending a gig at the eden project and the hotel was very convieniant, the chap who checked us in, got us drinks, ordered a taxi and then served us breakfast the next day was very efficient - no complaints!
The room was comfortable and quiet, but the decor was very tired and the bathroom could really have done with a total refit and new carpets - I would have expected better for the money

Charming atmosphere with unique art pieces adorning the lounges, complementing the overall decor. The indoor pool provides a private, tranquil swim experience.
Limited dining options left us searching for better choices elsewhere, especially lacking vegan options on the menu. A few adjustments like increased water pressure or timely hot water would enhance comfort during stays. Accessibility seems to be an oversight. Navigating to rooms may pose challenges for those with mobility issues, given the layout and stairs.
